"This property was everything advertised and then some. Great kitchen to prepare meals, nice sized living room along with 3 bedrooms! This place was within minutes of Beale St, Sun Studios and many BBQ locations. Did not have a bad meal while here. Shout out to Kimble for accommodating me arriving a day early due to inclement weather coming in.I would definitely stay here again."

"I came with two other companions during the International Blues Challenge in early January. Cy was easy to reach and took care of a few issues with the alarm and thermostat (housemates not following instructions on the two important tech items in the house) quickly. It was located near the hospital, about two miles off of Beale street, where the event was held. For a price comparative to a single hotel room we had three bedrooms in a home for a week, fantastic value."

"We were there for the St. Jude Marathon weekend. This house is a very easy commute to Beale St, St. Jude, convention center, and other places to visit. The house was clean,updated, and had just about everything we needed for a 4-day stay. The contact was very responsive to issues getting into the house (related to coded access) and fixed the problem within a few short minutes.
