"Love the historic hotel and view of the lake. The bar tender was very accommodating to help us with dinner in the lounge. The only negative was a pushy drunk that was roaming around interrupting us."

"Our room was spacious, well appointed, and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Our only problem was that the pillows were too large or too small. No medium size pillows. Breakfast was delicious with great options, also."

"The hotel is centrally located, near to the shopping mall. close to all the major attractions. The check in and check out was quick and hassle free. Staff were friendly and helpful, They also give free compliments coffee and tea at the lobby"

"Great reception service on that shift. Pleasant and cheerful and helpful. A little hard to find but good location to the harbor front sites.Walkable distance to the Hurtigruten cruise terminal but a challenge with heavy luggage."
