"Not my first stay here, and not my last. The hotel is in a beautiful location right on the seafront about a 7-8 minute walk from the pier. I usually get a room with a balcony overlooking the sea as that’s almost the whole point I staying there. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant on the ground floor has a wide choice of menu items all of which were well prepared. The breakfast was outstanding. The View is at the higher end of the price range but you do get what you pay for and is far more modern than most of its competitors. An excellent stay as always. "

"The room i was initially booked into had not been cleaned when i arrived. I reported this and was met with excellent service and my room was upgraded at once to compensate. The hotel is well situated with best view of the sea ive experienced in all the hotels ive stayed at in Eastbourn. Standards were good for the price. Not really luxury but perfectly ok."

"We were surprised at the quality of room, very warm and large clean bed. Breakfast had every thing required.. Parking was easy The only constructive criticism is “ some painting would make a stay excellent “ Would certainly stay again."

"Had a great stay! Check-in was smooth, and checkout was just as easy. We stayed for one night, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout. While the rooms and amenities may benefit from a refresh, they were still in good condition. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I would definitely visit again!
