"A new hotel - I stayed on the 6th floor which was clearly brand new. The hotel was very clean and a pleasant stay overall. Some teething issues in that some of the appliances were not working (microwave) as they were brand new and not used before, but I am sure these will be ironed out in due course. No air conditioning though, and even though it was only an 18 degree day, it was very hot in the room. My room (suite) did not have a window, but a fan was provided which helped. Staff extremely...

"Well i had great experience with very hospitable staff and amazing manager who gave me upgrade on the spot to a deluxe apartment which was air conditioned the facilities very clean modern had a small kitchen with washing machine . Definitely will stay there again."

Thanks for another great stay
"The reception team are always warm and welcoming & go out of their way to help and make sure you have a great stay. My single room on the first floor was very clean and comfortable with a side view to the sea which was great. However, although I was not bothered by it, some guests may be disturbed by the noise from the bar’s & restaurant in the street below. The location of the hotel is superb for both the seafront and town centre. I always try to stay here when in Eastbourne. "
