"First time staying in this hotel stayed in many hotels in Eastbourne and can honestly say this one was the best friendly staff and lovely room shame it was for one night but definitely will be staying there again "

"A lovely hotel which was recently renovated. The staff are brilliant and super helpful. Although we did not use the restaurant it looked very good. There was a beautiful cocktail bar too. Our room was on the 4th floor and reached by a gorgeous old lift complete with seats!! The room itself was a little shabby in parts but the views were magnificent. Bathroom was large and very nice. Excellent coffee in the rooms and they all come with access to Netflix etc. Would definitely stay here again. The owners have done a great job of renovating this over many years. "

"It was a really good experience. The room was big, with a sofa and armchairs, a small table, and a huge window with a side view of the pier and the sea. A good bathroom too."

"Staff were amazing and the building is stunning. Lots of communal areas and we had some live music in the bar in the evening. Lots of choice at breakfast and they catered to gluten free. Room was lovely and very clean. Only downside is that the leisure facilities are getting a bit run down, but they are still nice to use."
