"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. You have to pay to park even if youre staying at the hotel which i found odd, but it was $15 a day. Many food and activity options available in the hotel. They werent great at advertising though because i didnt even know there was a ropes course until we got home and i had to call them. "The cabin was as expected but very upset that the refrigerator froze all of my fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, etc. Complained at the front desk and really got no response other than they would let the manager know. Also had our boat torn up on the docks due to high winds. Although the resort certainly cannot control the weather, putting bumpers or hanging a tire over the metal poles would have saved us considerable damage. Door was difficult to figure out how to lock and just a simple sign...

"We had a great time visiting with family. Staying in this condo made it even more enjoyable. It was very clean. There was more than enough room for all of us. We were close enough to downtown Traverse City that we could walk everywhere. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and the property manager, John, answered all of my questions very quickly. We will definitely stay here again!"
