"The property was better than the pictures! A beautiful secluded location with only nature around you. We had a fire one night and all the makings were provided. Dawn went above and beyond on the comfortable decor, quality bedding, and the original artwork. She made us feel welcomed immediately upon opening the door. Would definitely stay again!"

"The place is beautiful. Great views. But if you need to get a hold of someone, good luck! Nothing works inside the home. Shower, plugs, fans, dirty toilets. Nearly 45 degrees inside the home when we checked in. Took hours to warm the home. Unable to communicate with anyone regarding any of these issues."

No complaints on the rooms except more closets would have been helpful since we were all going to a wedding and everyone had formal wear to hang up. The back bathroom and back room with a bed that was used did not have privacy curtains and we had to drape sheets over the windows. "Terrific northern location close to many beautiful Michigan hiking trails and scenic lookouts. Sweet little cabin tucked next to a babbling brook that is quite enchanting. "

Cleanliness was not up to our standards, however, particularly in the kitchen and one of the bed sheets appeared not to have been washed. What was the most disappointing however, was the fruit/crop flies in the kitchen. We are michiganders and are used to bugs however the kitchen was infested.
