"Amazing experience for our family. We can’t wait to come back soon. The room was extremely clean. The wrist band room charge was spectacular so we didn’t have to carry around our wallets. Story time at 8pm was a perfect way to calm the kids before heading back to our room. Dance party’s were a blast! Of course the water park was hours of fun nice and warm. Over all I highly recommend experiencing great wolf lodge with your family "

"The cabin was as expected but very upset that the refrigerator froze all of my fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, etc. Complained at the front desk and really got no response other than they would let the manager know. Also had our boat torn up on the docks due to high winds. Although the resort certainly cannot control the weather, putting bumpers or hanging a tire over the metal poles would have saved us considerable damage. Door was difficult to figure out how to lock and just a simple sign...
