"Amazing hotel!!! The staff really made it great especially the lady that was cleaning my room. I rated it 3 stars for the area around the property because I feel like the location would be better as it was a bit far from everything, the Mixc mall kind of made up for it but personally I would have liked it better if it was closer to central, or on the other side near the Shanghai Towers. I liked how there was privacy and it was not a busy hotel "

"Amazing staff and great stay overall, the room was smaller than expected, perfect for short stay, just a few issues, the air con was full of mould so we didn't bother using it. Also the drain for the shower was somewhat clogged so it took a while for the water to drain after having a shower. The reception kindly gave us a gift when we checked out which was thoughtful."

"Clean and comfortable, especially the included breakfast and the amenditis like gym. Except that in the beginning, they cannot find my order."

"Outdated apartment hotel, poorly mainteinance, dirty room, 15 minutes walking to metro station, can find a better place at the same rate, definately should avoid it."
