"amazing place, amazing humans! the hotel is beautiful, with a beautiful public area and cozy quiet rooms. right across the street from stunning, empty beaches, while also tucked just beneath the jungle’s edge, there was beauty and wonder literally everywhere i turned. toucans and monkeys and coconuts and mangoes and all kinds of amazing tropical fruits i’d never even heard of. this place is magic. the hosts were fantastic. 11/10. they speak spanish and english (and i think french too), were incredibly gracious, kind, and knowledgeable, and wise. i can’t wait to come back here. "This place is a gem! Safe , clean and so well kept. You see the staff everywhere taking care of the facilities. The room was so clean, bed was perfect, kitchenette was very useful but it didn’t have utensils of any kind, little microwave and fridge. Oh and the room is quite spacious! Hotel has one of the few ( that I saw) guarded entrances. The staff was sweet and helpful. Great place to stay! We would definitely be back"

"We loved having the beach and good dining very close. The grounds are beautiful and we saw howler monkeys, common black hawks and sloth right on the property. Playa Cocles is across the street with some major waves! Our apartment had a kitchen which was very convenient. It is close to the street and adjacent property, so not quiet. The only inprovements we would like are a replaced shower head and mitigation of the sewage smell (brief) near the stairs."
