"This was a friends' trip, all women, aged 59-80. The location was perfect for the activiies we had planned in Clarksville, Helen, and Toccoa. Betsy was very prompt with checkin information and always replied quickly to messages. It was a bit chilly, but that was to be expected travelling to the GA mountains in February. "This house was the perfect location to visit my Georgia family. Located almost exactly 15 minutes from each Aunt made this a very enjoyable spot! John was very communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when visiting family and hopefully in the spring so I can see the beautiful gardens. The farm animals are very cute and John is currently working on a greenhouse that he said he might have finished by the next time we return!"

"Our stay at Casabella was an absolutely lovely experience. It's a beautiful cottage and property, and the views of the lake are wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and well-stocked. "There was nothing there had to buy toilet paper, dish soup, no cleaning supplies, no extra towels so had to buy laundry soup to do towels life one for each person for 7 days place was nice but come with nothing then code people showed up to let us know that it was not zoned for short term rental and not up to code it was not accommodating for house hold things but nice location"

"Everything about the cabin shouted comfort and rest. The fire pit, double sinks in bath, along with the kitchen island and washer/dryer all made this one of our best getaways. Also, the color scheme was a plus. "Georgia on my mind" kind of setting in the picturesque pines you will enjoy there. Also, host was very responsive. "

"The property has a nice layout and was recently renovated with nice fixtures/decor but overall the quality of the work was horrible which made our stay unpleasant. We let the manager know but the minor fixes weren’t enough to recommend this property. First the AC wasn’t working on the lower level. The weather was hot and it took 2 days/nights to fix. "The location is great and backyard view is wonderful. Has everything you need to have a nice escape for a few days. We didn’t catch any fish but not for lack of trying! The inside is charming and pretty vintage furniture but not the most comfortable couch and would’ve loved some tvs in guest rooms for the children, but overall we had a great stay and can’t beat for the price. Would love to return in the summer to tube/float down the river! Thanks for having us!"
