"I loved our stay in this house. It was extremely clean and well decorated. It is very unique and full of charm. At the same time, it's very well appointed with everything you may need. We were very comfortable. I have also never had a host spoil their guests so much- fresh muffins, fresh eggs, and even a breakfast casserole! I'll stay again in a heartbeat!"

"I stayed for only a night last week, but I had such a great time! I love the layout of this space. It looks better in person even compared to the photos. The bed and couch were both quite comfortable, the toilet and shower/bath being in separate rooms is really nice, the shower came stocked with a toiletries dispenser, and the high ceilings made the space feel large. If you are traveling to greater Habersham Co for any reason and need to stay a night or two somewhere, I highly recommend staying...

"Adorable little cabin, I booked last minute for 2 nights. The cabin was perfect price was nice. Had 1 minor issue, which was resolved very quickly and I was very happy with my stay. Mr. Perrin was very nice and quick to resolve my issue. I had an amazing stay and will book again next time I'm in the area. "

"My family came to the Basement Apartment for the weekend to celebrate 2 birthdays. We had a relaxing but fun day at the pool and pavilion in the owner's backyard. The pool was amazing and very well kept. We had a great steak dinner that we cooked on the Blackstone grill at the apartment entrance. We all had comfortable sleeping arrangements and enjoyed the oversized couches and the big TV screen for movies. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. And will definitely like to visit again "

"The location is great and backyard view is wonderful. Has everything you need to have a nice escape for a few days. We didn’t catch any fish but not for lack of trying! The inside is charming and pretty vintage furniture but not the most comfortable couch and would’ve loved some tvs in guest rooms for the children, but overall we had a great stay and can’t beat for the price. Would love to return in the summer to tube/float down the river! Thanks for having us!"
