With a beautiful garden and views of the hills beyond It's a perfect base for visiting attractions, beaches, country side walks and the convenience of Alnwick for independent shops and restaurants Correspondence with the owners was great, a welcome basket was provided and the cottage was very clean and cosy"

"We have stayed at these premises a number of times previously and have to say nothing has changed, still a lovely well set out cottage right in the centre of Wooler.Very clean and tidy, with everything you need for a short break or a longer stay. The host is very helpful and communicates well.If you book the cottage be sure to book the Italian in Wooler, it’s called Milan and it is very good, the best bit is it’s less than a 2 minute walk from the cottage!"

"5 friends seeking a relaxing getaway and we found this little gem. Booking and communication was excellent we had to change our dates at short notice which was no problem. The lodge was beautiful, so many little touches from decor to candles and was very well stocked with everything you could need. The setting is stunning and we really enjoyed the wildlife and our little red squirrel pal who came each day. Would absolutely stay again. "
