Adults and children really enjoyed our stay however having tv in the reception rooms downstairs would have been ideal. "We had a wonderful stay at Settlers lodge. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped! Loved seeing the squirrels around the garden! Set in a great area for walking and exploring. We enjoyed both the local pub and also a takeaway from the nearby pub. Both we would recommend. Cannot wait to come for a return visit . Thanks again!"

"For a family holiday the property was perfect. Great size lounge, plenty of floor space for the 3 youngsters to pay in. Lovely big table for all the family to sir down together. 3 bathrooms was a big bonus with 7 of us being there. One thing i would suggest would be a few hooks on back of bedroom and bathroom doors. Fantastic stay and great holiday."

"Generous size, well furnished and accessorised. Good range of equipment. Efficient heating system. Good position for walking dog am and evening, right at end of street. Misleading about car parking, but plenty of on street parking in surrounding streets. Only 5 mins walk to centre and 10 to harbour. Situated conveniently for 3 supermarkets. Easy travel to other places. Slightly spoilt by not being well cleaned on arrival."

"This home was charming and perfect for our days in Alnwick. The location was outstanding. 2 minutes from the bus station and grocery store made life so easy. The lounge and kitchen were spacious and gave us lots of space to spread out. Our kids had a blast playing foosball. The beds were comfortable and there was enough wardrobe space. "This private and bijou rental is an absolute gem! In lovely rural setting, it is very cosy and enormous care has clearly been taken to think through every need a guest might have. Wherever you look there are thoughtful beautiful artistic touches. The host is friendly, informative and very responsive to any questions.
