I definitely can see how this property would be attractive to winter enthusiasts as it is right across the street from Spirit Mountain. It was a little farther west of Duluth than we may have ideally wanted, but it was one of the few properties that was newer and had attractive photos among the listings. "The guest house is something out of a hgtv dream. The heated floors were amazing on a chilly day. The property is quiet and secluded. This is the perfect quiet place to stay when doing nothing or heading to Duluth or other northern activities. "My husband and I stayed in a slope side cabin so we did not get the best view (we were overlooking the parking lot). As they stated there is no indoor plumbing, But there is a nice public restroom and shower house in just up the hill. I recommend checking out the Trophy Lodge for a meal. Much better views there and fantastic food!"
