"A nice cottage in a perfect location for strolling into Holt. Parking very good. Excellent dog walking area within 200 yards of the cottage at Spout Hill wildlife area. The cottage is tucked right in the corner at the end of the row, so gets no one walking past, and has a fairly private patio area for when it isn't quite so cold. The cottage has all you need, though we would have liked some shelving of some sort in the bathroom on which to put toiletries etc. A minor point but It would have...

"The cottage was situated in an ideal location, just a short walk down the high street to the quay. There is pub/inn just a couple of hundred yards down the road and a nice bakery on the quay. The cottage was well kitted out and we had everything we needed."
