"Absolutely beautiful hotel with the most amazing views of Oslo. A bit out of the way but there is a train within walking distance that gets you into the city in no time at all. The rooms are a good size and the breakfast delicious. The beds are so comfortable and the service is great! "

"The breakfast buffet was my favorite part of the state, with many hot dishes and cold cuts available every morning, as well as two kinds of fish: smoked and cured. The hotel rooms are not air conditioned so I don’t know if I recommend it for the hot or even warm months of the year as I prefer to keep the windows closed when I sleep and it did get stuffy in the room towards the morning in mid-April. I strongly recommend this hotel as an option for all mild weather travelers!"
