"Die FeWo entsprach leider gar nicht den Erwartungen, die das Inserat vermittelt. Die Wohnung ist abgewohnt und in Teilen renovierungsbedürftig. Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft: Die Fenster waren total verdreckt, an Besteck und Geschirr klebten Essensreste, die Besteckschublade und einige Schränke waren nicht sauber, unter den Betten befand sich zentemeterhoch der Staub. "Die Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone war für uns, die wir mit der Bahn angereist waren, ideal. Zudem hatten wir Karten für das Theater, das ebenso wie die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, fußläufig erreichbar sind.Der Empfang vom Vermieter war herzlich, die Organisation über die Verwaltung lief reibungslos.
