"Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir haben uns sehr auf das Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung gefreut! Leider wurden wir bitterlich enttäuscht. Vorweg sei gesagt, dass die Kommunikation vorab ohne Probleme mit dem Inhaber verlief. Der Schlüssel für die Tür war vor Ort und wir konnten direkt in die Immobilie. Im Online Inserat wurde hinsichtlich der Ausstattung angegeben, dass es einen Grill gibt. Dieser war leider nicht direkt vor Ort und erst nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Inhaber haben wir die Info...

"The house was as described, clean, easy to access to nearest towns. It was about 45 to 50 minutes to Hamburg. They had a lovely cat which treated as on our arrival and when we left. The house is on the river which made our holiday superb. We had our tea every morning in the garden. The house was warm, had a great bath and a modern kitchen."

"Wir haben den Jahreswechsel 2024/25 mit Kindern und Enkeln am Deich verbracht. In der Unterkunft haben sich alle - drei Kinder, sieben Erwachsene, ein Hund - richtig wohl gefühlt. Viel Platz, eine fantastische Ausstattung, Möglichkeiten für Freizeitaktivitäten, zB die Allwetter-Tischtennisplatte in der Garage, ein Kinderhaus für die kleineren Kinder, das große Grundstück, eine gute Spielesammlung usw. ... alles da, alles empfehlenswert!"

Aber: wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Urlaub!"

It is a less-traveled place...that begs to be discovered. "Die Unterkunft, war Sauber, ordentlich, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Leider waren wir im Herbst da und konnten den schönen garten nicht nutzen. Wir werden es sicher im Sommer nochmals buchen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat auf rückfragen sehr schnell reagiert. "

"Die Frau des Hauses war sehr nett, wir durften schon früher die Wohnung beziehen. Aber dann kam die Ernüchterung. Eiskalt, Ameisenplage im Bad und Küche, Betten mussten selber bezogen werden, Stromfresser als Heizung, in 4 Schlafräumen nur eine einzige Nachttischlampe, die Lichtquellen sehr sparsam ausgestattet, die Spülmaschine fies und usselig im Siebbereich, der Frühjahrsputz hatte irgendwie noch nicht stattgefunden, fast alle Steckdosen sind lose. Ansonsten sehr schön gelegen, ruhige Lage,...

"Wenn die Unterkunft bei Anreise sauber wäre, der Schmutz unter dem Sofa und in allen Räumen Staub auf den Möbeln,und Dreck auf den Böden und Ecken entfernt worden wäre .Der Wintergarten nutzbar und sauber wäre. Könnte man die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Wenn eine Grundreinigung bezahlt werden muss, sollte sie auch erledigt werden bevor Gäste kommen.Auch eine geforderte Enegiepauschale von 124€ ist total überzogen, es wurde gerade mal für 30€ Wasser und Strom verbraucht. Das ganze sollte doch...

Die Kommunikation war wirklich super und die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet.Lediglich war es hellhörig und für die kleinen waren die Absätze zwischen den Räumen schwierig.
