"This place is GREAT. CLEAN. Good hot, powerful shower. New/remodeled rooms with fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer, ALL the amenities of the fancy high-price hotels at an AFFORDABLE price. But, I really don’t care about all that, it’s Shane, Lu and their hardworking and accommodating family that make this my only place to stay in Eureka Springs. "Manager was very helpful when we left our fan there. Then my sister left her drivers license there after she picked up our fan he called us to let us know so she could get it back. I like how he doesnt charge through hotels .com app until you get there. That way if your plans fall through you dont have to worry about getting your money back. "This was a great little find in Eureka Springs. We found out after we checked in that this motel had recently been on an episode of “Motel Rescue” on HBO Max. What a great job they did! "Though the room was nice and orderly there were no amenities and the cost for a really small single room was almost half of the weekly rate for a much bigger room. The property said they had breakfast and pool, and even had the means for both but did not make available. also, there was no checkout even though the office says 24/7, I could not check out or return the key after ringing the bell and calling provided cell numbers. I ended up just sliding the key under the door."
