"Parking for anything larger than a midsize car is unsafe. You have to go down the street, around the corner and then up a tiny driveway to a tiny parking lot on the side of a steep hill. Anything larger than a midsize car is very unsafe and a truck was impossible if other vehicles were back there. "

"My husband and I wanted a quiet, comfortable place to stay that was close to downtown Eureka Springs, but outside the traffic/crowds. The Tuscan Manor was perfect, even better than we could've hoped for! Mark was an absolutely wonderful host. The room & property overall were beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The area was quiet and relaxing, and we were wishing we had a longer stay just to enjoy more of the property. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Property is much quieter than others in the area despite being very near a trolley stop and other B&B’s. It has the cleanest and nicest rooms of the several other places I have stayed in Eureka. The breakfast is excellent with large portions and a balance of sweet and savory. And the owners are very friendly and efficient. Saw several returning customers at breakfast. Great trip and will certainly be back!"

"We stayed at this beautiful property before, and like the first time, we were very pleased with our stay. We rented the downstairs and upstairs rooms of the main house because we wanted privacy. The downstairs room is large and has a nice large deck on the back. Upstairs there is an awesome balcony overlooking the street, and a kitchen that is stocked with coffee and snacks, however, this is a common area that is shared with the upstairs room. We love this house and will stay here again. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house on the Island! We enjoyed being able to go golfing on their 9 hole course. There were deer around the property as well . Beds were comfortable and just the right size for 6 adults. My only complaint was that there were no college football channels on their TV's. We had a little work around, so not a big issue."

"Had a girls trip and stayed in one of the duplex cabins. Was a cozy and comfortable stay! Even though it was adjoining we were never bothered by our neighbors and it felt very safe and still secluded although there’s cabins and houses all around. It’s a great cluster of a bunch of cabins and even some shared outdoor spaces to hang out! Late check in was super easy and instructions to find our cabin were included.
