"The location of this property was absolutely perfect to walk to everything downtown. We also loved that we could bring our dog. For two adults and a teen, the sleeping accommodations were adequate. There’s plenty of room for more and bigger beds, though, which would be nice and needed if you had more people. The toilet, sinks, and bedding were clean. "

"If you are looking for a really cool and simple place to stay, this is it. The only negitive is you can here EVERYTHING in the rental below you. But that happens in hotel's too and this place is way cooler than a hotel, and we spent most days out so it was all good. You cannot beat the location. We walked everywhere without issue. Even the neighbors were friendly and helpful. I hope it's available next time we vist Eureka Springs. Owners communication is also great and thats a huge plus."

"Hubs and I had a four day relaxathon and this cute little place started it up. Comfy king sized bed, full kitchen, cool and clean bathroom with a great relaxing living room! It was very close to the "action", but far enough away we could decide not to hang with everyone! Eureka Springs is such a fun little secret not a lot of people know about! We did have one issue with a fan, and it was resolved within minutes! I would DEFINITELY recommend staying here, unless we are making that plan, cause...
