Nice place for sure. Way more space than my wife and I needed but oh well. The beds were nice with good sheets. We did our own cooking so it was nice to have quality cookware including nonstick pans for eggs. A view of the ocean side vs the lagoon side would have been nicer but we got the sunsets from this side so that was cool. Somebody even dropped off fresh pico and punch in our fridge the first day while we were out :). We were scuba diving most days we were there so it was nice to be picked up by boat from the dock vs the 20 min golf cart ride back to town. It was nice being out of down town San Pedro for a few.

What an amazing property! My husband and 2 friends stayed in 4A and it did not disappoint. Beautiful views. Quiet neighborhood. Sandra was great. If there was anything we needed all we had to do was ask. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would definitely we recommend staying here if you want a week of relaxation.

What a beautiful place. Very clean, spacious condo with breath taking view. We had no idea what we were doing. Sandra, our concierge, was able to assist us with all of our needs such as booking taxis and golf cart rentals. Her response to all of our questions (we had many!) was prompt and detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hol Chan. It was secluded enough that we felt we were away from the hustle and bustle and could enjoy the peace and quiet. However, it was close enough to restaurants and shops that we could access whatever we needed within a few minutes drive on the golf cart. Plus, the pool bar serves food throughout most of the day, just not dinner. When you order, the food is delivered from a nearby restaurant, and the quality of food is amazing. The staff was wonderful. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond in all aspects.

Amazing property-we had such a great time-kitchen was extremely well stocked -all utensils you could possibly ever need. Pool was right in front of the room that you could walk into. Very clean property, beautiful. I would definitely come back again.

This IS NOT a beach property. The pics of the beautiful water IS NOT an accurate description of this property. There is a huge long white pipeline in the water along with an enormous amount of sea weed which prohibits you from walking into the water. You will not be able to swim in the water as it is not safe. The resort pool had local random dogs in it. The smell/stinge around the property is disgusting. The mosquitoes attack you regardless of the time of day. The accommodations were nice but you do not have a phone in the condo. You are provided a cell phone in which they load minutes so you can use. I arrived on the 10th and did not get a phone until the 12th but the minutes didn’t load until the next day. I ended up using my own cell phone to text and make calls to concierge. I am having to cover that cost. Upon arrival they require a $353 deposit on a credit card. This deposit is not a pending deposit but they actually remove the money from your card and you have to wait 10-14 days for them to return it back. I have yet to receive it. I took pics to ensure the property was left in excellent condition. Toward the end of our stay we began to experience water outages from 6-9am in which you couldn’t flush the toilets, shower, or do a hygiene routine. By the end of my stay I was ready to come home.
