The food is also incredible (even my husband, who is a dedicated carnivore, was floored by it. All the staff was fantastic and very thoughtful about the experience they wanted to create. Wish we stayed longer to get to relax and unwind in such a special spot. "

"Our stay at this house was amazing. The house was very clean and is beautiful. It is off the road set in among an orchard and forest.The the property managers, met us at the house and helped us get settled in.He showed us where to go to some cenotes about 1/2 hour away. She was exceptionally helpful in taking care of us with everything we needed."

"The experience with staff and facilities was very good overall. The front desk and restaurant employees were excellent. The resort is very quiet and one might feel as if you have the place almost to yourself. There was a couple of downsides, that one might expect. You are in the jungle and there may very well be bugs (read spiders). They assured us that none are harmful. The bathrooms somehow are aging worse than the rest of the rooms. They should not have painted the showers etc as this has led to mold, at least in our case. All that said, for the price, the hotel is excellent, in general. We thank the staff for their kind attention during our stay."
