Clean and orderly with the basic amenities. The townhome is in April Sound and although an older property, it's still nice. Easy to get to and secure. Would stay there again. "

The outdoor area is gorgeous! There is plenty of room for everyone!! The beds are so comfortable!! The host is quick to respond to any and all communication and is happy to help when he can!! "House was very clean. Beds were nice. Only 1 TV and it is in the living area. Could use a few more towels. Fridge had some condiments for cooking. Plenty of pots and pans. Did not have instructions for check out so we simply did what we have done in other VRBOs. Had to purchase our own paper towels. Not a big issue, just nice to know before showing up."

"We came to town for a weekend that our son would be involved in a baseball camp and our host made it personal for us. She left our son snacks and Gatorade and even a sweet message on his blanket. The house was perfect "

"My girls loved the pool and patio, very quite and safe looking area. Only issues is not receiving info to get in door at checkin, unable to get fans to work, and limited towels with no wash cloths. However stores near by, was able to buy what we needed and they have a washer and dryer so was able to wash towels. Also if you like to sleep in, its way to bright in the morning, the curtains or sheer in bedrooms so you not going over sleep. They didn't have a lot of crazy checkout rules, just wish I...
