"We frequent Lake Conroe, generally several times per year. We usually stay in Walden, but sometimes in April Sound. This condo was well equipped, comfortable, and nicely updated and decorated. I love the cathedral ceilings. The back balcony was a plus. The only down side for older or handicapped guests is the stairs. Besides that, I would highly recommend to anyone. "

"If you rent this property, you better stop for supplies first. because only the bare minimum is provided. No soap in the bathrooms. We had to use the liquid soap from the kitchen sink the first night to shower. There was no soap provided for the dishwasher, no paper towels or extra garbage bags or although the rules state the garbage should be disposed in the dumpster at the end of the hallway daily.
