"Located in quiet part of town. Salemanca markets, shops, good restaurants, churches, warf for boat cruises, are all within 10 to 15min walk from the hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Parking is under cover, safe and easy to access. Access to the roads around the hotel is easy and uncomplicated. Breakfast was good value."

"We loved our stay at the Grande Vue!! The hotel itself is a very cool and historic queen anne mansion. Breakfast was delicious (and with fantastic gluten-free options) and the owners and staff were all so lovely and helpful. The location is also great, we can't wait to come back again one day!"

"The Hotel has a long history of how Hobart was like in the late 1800s and its decor reflects that, very impressive. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, our room was excellent. Choice of dinning was good and happy hour is every day between 5 - 6, nice wines and beer. Highly recommend it."
