It's not a luxury hotel! - but was functional, clean and a great option for a weekend at a festival in neighbouring town Margate. Only issue was the weather was bad and the wind was blowing through the windows which you could hear and feel and making the room cold. We ended up pulling the cutains which meant we lost the view. We went out a lot earlier than planned due to not being able to warm up! "
