"Pros: Amazing views from the condo of the beach and ocean; we did not use the pool on the property, but it looked nice. Easy to walk into town. Spacious 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom. Easy to park at the property. Friendly people. Cons: Condo is in need of a refresh - damaged drywall, vent is caked with dust, screen door is off track and difficult to open/shut, kitchen is pretty well equipped, but chipped plates (one was clearly repaired with some type of glue). "We like that this was right beside Honl beach which we had a lovely view of. We loved where the pool was as well as it face the ocean with beautiful sunset views. The suite was big and comfortable with sufficient amenities. However one of the bifold doors was broken and completely off the hinges. I reported this but no one came to inspect or repair it. Also the bedroom had no curtains or blinds on the window and there was no sac in the bedroom either. "
