"The house is surprisingly quiet and has everything you need. Just a 3 min drive downtown. Close to CMU too. There was some train noise at night but that's expected in Grand Junction. The kegarator was awesome and so nice when we drove 4 hours and was so nice to walk in and have a beer and relax. We had a great stay! "

"Truly surpassed our expectations- easy to find- impeccably clean- everything organized down to the sandwich bags- extra towels, toothpaste, even tampons! So impressed by the attention to detail and making everything so easy and seamless. About 5 min from downtown and 20 minutes from kessel biking area. Here for a trail race with two couples and all of us loved this spot!"

"Very comfortable house with quality furniture and well-equipped kitchen. Lots of common rooms for a group to spread out. Top quality linens and towel. We were a group on a golfing trip. Our tired muscles appreciated the hot tub! Good location. ½ mile to a City Market and about a mile to downtown straight down 7th so lots of good restaurants were available. No reservations about his nice house. "
