"We loved our time at the Palisade River Ranch. The location felt quiet and secluded but was close to the fruit stands, wineries and restaurants in Palisade. The property was lovely with its ponds, short walk to the Colorado River and views of the book cliffs. Farm fresh eggs were such a treat. Highly recommend and and plan to come back some day."

"The property was very well laid out and very spacious. It was very well decorated. The property was very clean. Tom thought of everything. The kitchen was well appointed, there was a setup for drinks, coffees and a variety of teas and hot chocolate. There was also a snack supply. Tom was wonderful to deal with and responded quickly with answers to our questions. We will definitely stay here next year when we are in Grand Junction."

It might be time to update the bed, its getting a little "taco shellish". If you do, I would say put a bed frame that sits up a little higher. "Everything was as advertised, lovely cool retreat from the GJ heat. Keyless entry was great, and when we couldn’t find the condo initially, Lynn was right there to help us. The pool is nice, but stripped down to nothing….no loungers, chairs or tables, and the hot tub looked a little brown, so we didn’t use it again. Very convenient location."

"We stayed at this adorable bungalow for 2 nights in September , as we were attending a wedding in Grand Junction . It was decorated so nicely , was spotlessly clean , with a well appointed kitchen . The bed was so very comfortable . The location was perfect .It is just a few blocks from coffee shops , a brewery , a cafe and a bike shop . The owner Nicole was very helpful and accommodating Would highly recommend . "

"camp eddy was very cute and a great location in up and coming neighborhood on the river. it’s a unique way to stay in GJ. proximity to las colonias amphitheater is excellent and there was a great brewery we enjoyed next to amphitheater before our concert. not much else going on in the vicinity of the property, but a wonderful walking trail along the river for running, riding bikes, or picking up a bird scooter. our airstream had a clean and comfortable bed but otherwise had not been vacuumed....
