"A nice but not great hotel in downtown Santa Barbara. The hotel has some good facilities (parking - for a fee, gym, bar and restaurant). The location is good for exploring downtown and the beach (bike, or a 25 min walk). We had some issues with noise outside the room in the early mornings; one day due to a delivery, the other due to an unhoused person.
