The tram stop is right outside our room , running from 5.30am until midnight - very noisy - impossibile to have the window open . "Reception was up on second floor via a small lift or stairs. room was on fourth traffic noise was acceptable, floor room clean, with kettle for tea/coffee. Hotel not far from Porta Susa main line and tube. For travelling get day rider tickets for tram bus and tube under 6 euros not forget to validate on each trip on each bus etc you get so 4 trips 4 validates. If you visit 00the Egyptian museum it closes on Mondays at 2 so arrive when it opens as it takes at least 5 hours to see it all "
