The proximity to Porta Nuova station is the crucial benefit. But the hotel itself is great. They focus on getting the basics right. Soundproofing, adequate size rooms and spatious showers, cleanliness, comfort, efficiency, politeness. Definitely stay here when in Torino.

Wonderful stay. No complaints. Right across the street from the train station and rental car service. Everyone working the front desk was wonderful for our 4 night stay. We will definitely at this location again.

The location is excellent close to the Porta Nuova station and also near the airport shuttle bus stop. Within 15 minutes can walk to Via Roma very convenience.

Great hotel
Very friendly staff which helped us with printing tickets and offered coffee free of charge. Very good location just next to the central station and close to a lot of tourist attractions.

We booked the room with 2 twin beds, but we we came there was only one double. The stuff said that they sold out , so we can't change it. We have to pay extra for the family room so we can have separate beds. No upgrade or discount. We paid 170euro extra for their mistake

A warm, cozy and really clean hotel close to all services. The service is friendly 24/7 and although there is no breakfast, there are many good bakeries, cafes and restaurants nearby. You can send a Whatsapp message to the hotel and they will kindly reply in a few hours. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and on the first night the noise from the street disturbed our sleep. I told the staff and they changed our room to a quieter one free of charge. After this we slept really well! Thank you!

Convenient location for the Porta Nuova station and shopping areas. Friendly front desk. Big room. Cute balcony even for the economy room. Free coffee in the morning. There have been some recent renovations including new hallway carpets and a new elevator. Good value and they even do a cheaper single room for solo travellers though I didn't use this. Cannot fault this place.

The hotel has two positive points, its location just opposite the main train station and the reception staff who are very kind and available to help. What doesn’t really work for me is the poor insulation in the bedrooms. The noise coming from the streets is very loud

An ideal short-stay/overnight stay hotel
An excellent hotel for the short-stay visitor as the Stazione Porta Nuova (and final destination of the Airport bus) are close-by. It is also well situated (walking distances) for visiting principal places of interest such as the Royal Palace, Museum of the Risorgimento, Egyptian Museum, the Cathedral and other important churches (San Lorenzo). Regarding facilities, the hotel meets basic needs only, as there are no dining or bar facilities but again for overnight/short duration stays, it is ideal. My only criticism is the shower over the bath arrangement. In my particular room the shower was difficult to use as it is situated above the bath which is especially narrow with a concave bottom. This made showering difficult as one could not turn round easily and felt constantly at risk of slipping, although a non-slip would eliminate that particular anxiety.

The staff are nice people. But the room was on the first floor, the windows giving out to a street where the first tram passed by at 5.25am and then on and on. Besides, on that same street, just below the window, there is the terrace of a kebab or something similar, here people would AND WILL stay shouting until well after 12.30-01.00. Add to all those things the fact that the air-con only worked on FAN mode ( we had an extra fan as well). Result: long noisy and hot nights. They also forgot to clean our room the first day. Very nice staff, works in progress ( the second morning, they started at 7 am, shouting on the street). We are not complaining people, but this has been too much. The young lady at reception, after two nights, timidly offered to look for a different room, but we decided to keep the one we were in, ( Losing horse and all that). They knew we were going to stay for 4 nights...Who decided to put us into that room? A pity it was.
