"A perfect hotel in Turin. Could not fault anything. It’s a beautiful hotel on a pedestrian street and a good value considering the standard of hotel and location. The lobby is lovely. The room was a good size for two people. The breakfast buffet is varied and high quality. Most of all, their customer service is outstanding. I am very grateful they were able to help with a reservation mixup, and with no hesitation at all. If I return to Turin, no doubt this is where I’d stay."

"Perfect for my one night trip to Turin, in a great area for transport (trains, trams and buses) as well as walkable to key areas in the city if needed. Staff were friendly and accommodating, but do recommend some patience if you don’t speak Italian. Room was clean and exactly as pictured with a comfortable bed and facilites as expected. "

"The hotel is beautiful, the price is great. However, there are some stairs and courts spaces who make it difficult to access the rooms with big luggage. This is also due to the fact that the elevator, while charming, is old/classic. Moreover, one of their rooms has a separate bathroom but it isn't that clear in the ad, so make sure to double-check. There were no towels in our room too. The staff however, is very attentive to the travellers' needs. "
