"Excellent apartment - main bedroom and living area each had excellent A/C units. Upstairs bedroom A/C unit leaked water on the floor and could not use, Only other hiccup was the hot water supply which was plentiful when turned on from adjacent apartment unit. Was not on when we checked in and could not shower until 2 pm the next day. Then was turned off again the night before check out but got it turned on early next morning so we could shower before check out. Otherwise, an excellent bed...

"Excellent location, room is big enough, bed is really comfortable, breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've had in Italy, my only issue was with the air conditioner that wouldn't turn on at first, then someone from the lobby helped me get it running but after about 1-2 hours it went back to not working, left the window open (thankfully the temperature was good outside) but then the noise grows exponentially which makes it a bit difficult to fall asleep."

"The hotel room was spacious with a beautiful bathroom including a sauna/shower. The breakfast was amazing! The best part was the hotel staff who were incredibly helpful when we encountered train issues. I would highly recommend this hotel!"
