Lovely fresh bread at the Lidl, a minute's walk away! Only about 10-15 mins from the beautiful Northumbian coastal path and beaches. Would certainly stay here again."

"Had a lovely stay here for a couple of nights. The location is ideal, really close to the high street with shops, cafes and pubs. The welcome basket and milk in the fridge is a nice touch. We will definitely stay again and have recommended to friends."

"Excellent cottage in great location, very close to town but quietly tucked away. Everything you need for a stay, all fixtures and fittings of good quality. Only minor niggle is limited windows that open and shower was very slow to drain otherwise highly recommended."

"The property was large and was a good base to use being about 20 minutes from a beach and about 10 minutes walk from a park with swings etc for the grandchildren. It was about 5 minutes drive from an Aldi and Lidl. "

"We had a lovely time at Lundy Cottage. The house was immaculately clean and very welcoming. The rooms were all a very good size and the house is freshly renovated and decorated. The welcome pack was extremely generous thank you. The location is very good with easy parking outside the house. It’s just a 5 minute walk into the centre of Alnwick. "The location is superb right on the water. The house is lovely and had everything we needed! We had a slight issue gaining access, but the host was very responsive and helpful, so it was resolved immediately. Would definitely recommend and stay again, our toddler didn't want to leave!"

"Great apartment in great house. Everything was comfortable and clean. It had a little kitchenette which we didn't use but it would have been useful for a longer stay. I have marked you down 1 star on Communications as I could find the information regarding check out time on the last day and it was hard to find it online, it said 11am in one place and 12 noon another. I had to go to the Holiday Inn checkout next door and ask them in person. "
