"This made me think of spending the night at my grandma's. The furniture was a bit outdated but it was clean. I actually take my swiffer mop with me and clean up the floors and I really didn't get much dirt in this place. The shower was a bit older in some areas as was the sink. The bed was comfortable enough for a night. The staff was friendly. I felt safe here and would definitely stay again during the week."

"“Paradise Cottage” was such a great stay for us in Hinton as we checked off another national park! It was spotlessly clean, easy to access, and so lovely to have basic/starter supplies made available on arrival (plus the lovely welcome basket!). We enjoyed sitting on the porch looking at the river and our daughter loved the geese!! The bedrooms were both very spacious and the beds comfortable; we slept so well! It was a short drive to both Sandstone Falls and the Sandstone visitor center and. Relatively easy drive to the Canyon Rim visitor center and bridge. Alex provided all the info we needed and we enjoyed Hinton, although the one restaurant we were all excited to try was closed for the day. Maybe we’ll have to go back - and would definitely stay here again! "
