"This cabin and its amenities, and its remoteness and beauty have to be experienced. It’s really out in the middle of nowhere, but you will still feel connected if you wish to be. The best way to enjoy this property is to go in expecting to relax, and spend some time there appreciating the beauty of God‘s creation. Just saying. Can’t wait to go back this summer!!"

"My wife and I came for a visit on the Amtrak train to the town of Hinton West Virginia. Stephinie was a very helpful point of contact. The property was beautiful. The Allmans were very helpful and generous. We loved Hinton WV. Everything we did was within walking distance of the train station. We are already planning our next visit."

"What a great host! House was extremely clean and well supplied. Sitting on the front porch and enjoying the river. Awesome place to unwind and reset. Meagan is the best host. My wife truly enjoyed spending her birthday here. We will definitely return."

"We had a wonderful stay at the cabin and even better time exploring WV! If you’re visiting the area for the national park, it’s definitely worth seeing in the winter and you will enjoy even more peaceful trails due to less crowds. Nice simple cabin with tons of outdoor options to relax and enjoy nature. We really enjoyed using the wood stove as a cozy escape from the ice and snow! We will definitely be returning once the weather warms up!"
