"We loved the self check-in, made everything very quick and easy. Room we absolutely fine, clean and comfortable. We were at the front so had a little road noise but it wasn’t a problem and we slept well. Plenty of parking so that’s always a bonus. Breakfast in the nearby Colin Nash restaurant was excellent. A really good full-English. Will definitely stay here again."

"The staff are all incredibly friendly and the room was beautifully spacious - we were in the anexe right opposite the spa. We arrived slightly early and foud that our room was ready. This hotel does have a nice spa - there is one steam room, a sauna, a jacuzzi, a pool, treatment rooms and a relaxation room upstairs. The steam room did have a few loose tiles which was off-putting but it was fine otherwise. The room service is of high qualify with a sizeable portion; there is free gin provided in the room but you would have to pay for tonic - still a nice touch. It was also great to have a nespresso machine in the room. The continental breakfast was nice, although we waited a long time for coffee; presumably that's only the result of each guest being offered a handmade coffee rather than your standard french-press that's usually on offer. The coffee was great when it did come. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"The area behind Boscombe Spa Hotel toward the shopping centre has rough patches. However, Raj and his wife, inside the hotel, did an amazing job and were extremely helpful throughout. Totally recommended!!"

"Great little stay. Tasteful bright room with really good amenities. We arrived too late on Sunday night for eating in the pub but had had a great take out from Thai restaurant in nearby Christchurch. Dog enjoyed stay too! "
