"Hotel was lovely. Staff very welcoming and room was spacious, clean and bed was comfy. Location was perfect for New Forest exploring. Only downside was because it’s pet friendly there was a dog and a noisy owner next door to me that were loud. Not the hotels fault so I’ve not marked them down, but something to consider if you’re sensitive to noise. "

"I stayed at the hotel recently with my husband baby and dog and we had a lovely stay. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Surroundings area was beautiful and relaxing. The staff were helpful and friendly especially the lady that served us brunch after we missed breakfast. The food also was really good standard so we'll definitely stay here again in the future next time I'm visiting family"

"Amazing hotel and spa and have been a number of times. Stayed for two nights and had an amazing spa day with two treatments. Decided to upgrade to a superior garden twin room which was adequate but if I was being extra picky there are a couple of observations that would have improved the room itself. There was no safe or full length mirror and the wardrobe and draw space were tiny also there was nowhere to sit in front of a mirror to apply makeup and dry our hair. I want to emphasise non of this affected our stay and is purely feedback based on the quality of the hotel and the cost of upgrading our room and we will definitely be back. We came to the conclusion that the room was not specifically designed for those of us that need constant reassurance that we leave the room looking our best and our skirts are not tucked in our underwear."
