I’ve given it 5 stars because it’s exactly what I wanted however the reviews that are low reflect an “expectation problem. Guests need to read the information about the place before booking. "What a little gem. The property is situated behind the shop and pub, but you wouldn't know it, it's so quiet! It has everything you need and feels very spacious with the vaulted ceilings. We loved it. The location is ideal as you don't really need your car to get about. We walked to the beach, into town, the local nature reserve and along the river.
