"Check in was quite quick and the lady was polite and welcoming. The massage was also good as I came out feeling relaxed. The restaurant staff we felt needs improvement; we’ve advised one of the staff that we have moved table and was waiting for our hot drinks but never came so my friend had to asked and brought our pots of coffee to our table herself! We were served with nibble’s without a plate and had to asked for it. Little things can make a big difference! Overall, we’ve enjoyed our stay - thank you. "

"Staying away for work for 1-night. Room comfortable, ensuite was small. Went to use the pool but it was very small and very busy, so didn't bother. I was in room 311, which was at the start of the corridor, so later in evening there was an amount of noise outside room with others returning to their rooms. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Got parked in car park close to main entrance. Walked to a nearby pub for dinner. All in all a pleasant stay"

"It was a lovely break away with kids and our dog. The staff were amazing especially the young girl at the lounge where we went in the evenings she went above and beyond for us. Spa was great and the staff were so welcoming. We will definitely come here again"
