"I only gave 4 stars for staff because I didn’t see anyone. The system seems to be a contactless checkin/checkout but it worked. The property was clean and had everything I needed plus little extras. Only stopped by as a break in a long journey but it was a very nice stay. "

"A beautifully renovated old building, with the perfect mixture of timeless classic architecture and modern amenities. Loved the original elevator, was quite charming, and faster than some modern elevators we’ve used. The rooms were tastefully decorated with a modern bathroom. Being on the top floor was amazing, as we had views of the ocean and port, right from the bed. The quaint restaurant was warm and inviting with its exposed brick walls. Service was top notch."

"This motel is quiet, clean and well appointed (love the spa bath) and has the attention to detail that I enjoy in any motel. Things like the biscuit with the hot drinks, large size towels, (and plenty of them), free Sky movies all added that touch of enjoyment to our stay. "
