"We enjoyed our stay here. Love the decor and the location is brilliant. We walked everywhere from the hotel. Staff were friendly and provided us with milk whenever we needed it. The bus to the airport is just across the road which was really handy. Only negative is that there is a lack of storage."

"Great room on 6th floor. Good to have a small kitchen. USB points in room would have been useful. Location was superb for all city centre attractions. If planning to eat at Amelia Hall you better book, not mentioned to us on check in and we were turned away. "

"Excellent experience lovely stay away with friends. Great customer service under difficult circumstances due to weather phones not working and power cuts. Staff handled it very well. A few drawbacks though for a Hotel with this many stars no bottled water in the room and the rooms were quite cool "
