"Great accommodation. Not too far from city which can be easily reached by foot or public transport. Room lovely and clean. Breakfast very good with loads of choice. Service was so friendly and efficient. "

"Comfy stay, good location, friendly staff, free parking out front. Cute old place, old style maintained with modern comforts added. The WC had a few random sounds but was clean and not all of the window blinds stayed closed which would be worth fixing to block out street lights on front of building. A strong smell of cigarette smell upon entering building, unfortunately for those allergic/bothered, which I hope was a one-off. Otherwise staff was extremely nice, friendly, and attentive. Slept...

"We only got to stay a day, but the host was wonderful. He was very welcoming showed all around explained the amenities and even helped with our bags. Such a wonderful experience we will stay again next time we are in Ireland."

"Lovely warm and friendly welcome on the Saturday, Sunday breakfast staff not as friendly or speedy. (My breakfast was cold). Room was cute, clean and had everything we need, shower was hot, (toilet seat very wobbly.) Would stay again, good location, great views and value. "

"Great spot to stay while in Derry! The room and private bathroom were good sizes - enough space for my partner and I with our luggage. We were able to store our luggage with the key shop in front before our check-in time which was clutch. There was a shared kitchen on our floor which also included a washing machine. Didn’t need to use the washing machine but could be useful. The kitchen was stacked and even had some fruit and bread. Place was centrally located and walking distance to everything...

"Met our expectations of shared living. Small stain on the pillow was not inviting. Easily remedied by not using that pillow."

"It was handy for out walking tours of Londonderry but very noisy and we had disrupted nights. The walls are thin and there was a very noisy group in the hotel waking us up after midnight."
