"Property was not kept up well. As soon as we arrived there were many flies and bugs in the entry way. Main doors left open. Confused on the many keys provided to access our room. The common areas like the living room, kitchen, and hallways were all open to the outdoor climate. Only the individual rooms had window units to cool down. The smell was not pleasant. "Miles better than a hotel. We stayed with our toddler and the photos of this place don't do justice to how perfect it was for our family of 3. It had everything that we needed and more for a week long stay. The host was very attentive and friendly and maintained excellent communication. I will definitely recommend this to anyone planning on visiting the NJ/NY area. Nothing short of a 5 star experience."

"Many good things to say about this VRBO! Easy check in, nicely appointed, fully equipped. Very comfortable rooms with each room having it's own temperature control. Has stairs, but not many (as long as you are able). Close to all the highways - easy drive to Lambertville, New Hope, Frenchtown, and Diamond Nation. Easy walk to restaurants (a couple of them very good!); and an easy walk over to Alkemy Coffee Cafe' and the arts area! Very responsive owner. I highly recommend this VRBO."

The bed I was in was very comfortable and there was a wine glass ready for me to use. Kitchen had many amenities, even though we didnt use much. The touchpad for gaining entrance was easy. "Beautiful area, incredible property, everything was perfect. Pet friendly, clean, pretty room with everything we needed. Very nice owner and friendly property supervisor (? not sure of his title) Would absolutely love to go back this summer to enjoy the pool. It's a really nice pool. Can't wait to go back 5 STARS"
