"This has everything you need and then some. I only needed to provide my own food. It’s in a good location to see the airforce museum and it’s close to the college. Easy to access the highways and downtown Dayton. It has nice decor. The owner/manager is attentive. I would certainly stay again."

"Impressed in every way with this property. It was beautifully decorated, well stocked with supplies, and very clean. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Location was central to many attractions. Outside areas were absolutely perfect for having morning coffee, drinks, and grilling out. Movie room was great for kids who had a ball. Highly recommend!"

"We were a family of 7 visiting for the holidays. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The kids spent hours in the game room which was wonderful for the cold, rainy days. We used the fire pit one night to make smores and that was also a hit. Popcorn and movie night was perfect in the theatre room. We did a lot of cooking and having that huge kitchen and dining table was wonderful. Great location, close to everything we needed or wanted to do. "
