"We absolutely loved our stay at this farmhouse! The rooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Everything was very clean and organized, even with labels in the kitchen. The wraparound porch has a ton of interesting seating options. The kitchen and dining room are large and easy to use and there was a ton of pantry space. The house was easy to find and very private. "We had a great stay at Franklin house. The home was clean and kept up and in a very peaceful setting yet close to things we wanted to do. Kathryn was available when/if we needed her and she is a wonderful Host. We were there for a weekend to visit Amish country, Serpent Mound and Arc of Appalachia. We definitely would recommend staying here for a nice get-away."

My husband has voiced multiple times that the house was very nice. Everthing was clean and Jaime reached out to offer assistance if he needed anything which he appreciated. He said the house was veey spacious and had everything you would need for a getaway."
