"We had a great stay at Franklin house. The home was clean and kept up and in a very peaceful setting yet close to things we wanted to do. Kathryn was available when/if we needed her and she is a wonderful Host. We were there for a weekend to visit Amish country, Serpent Mound and Arc of Appalachia. We definitely would recommend staying here for a nice get-away."

"This house is a really big and beautiful home.My family and I had such a good time they suggested coming back this summer to also enjoy the outside. I did not have to wait a long time for the host to get back to me and the host Pamela was very accommodating so overall my family and I will be back this summer ."
